At H Ambulatory Care Centre, wound care services are supported by Dr Sreedharan A/L Muniandy, a medical doctor with a dedicated focus in wound care, advanced wound management, tissue repair and biotherapy.

Dr Sreedharan has been actively involved in managing various types of difficult and non-healing wounds, including diabetic foot wounds, infected wounds, surgical wounds, pressure ulcers and chronic wounds that require more structured medical attention.

Beyond his clinical work, Dr Sreedharan is also actively involved in wound care education and professional training. He has been invited to share his wound care knowledge and practical experience in training sessions involving healthcare professionals, including wound care-related training supported by or involving the Ministry of Health Malaysia.

His approach to wound care goes beyond simple dressing. Each wound is assessed carefully to understand the possible underlying causes, such as infection, poor blood circulation, uncontrolled blood sugar, pressure, tissue damage or delayed healing response. This allows patients to receive a more suitable wound care plan based on their condition.

For patients and families who are worried that a wound is not healing well, early assessment by a wound care doctor can be important. Proper wound care may help reduce the risk of wound deterioration, repeated infection and avoidable complications.

H Ambulatory Care Centre has since grown under the new trade name Evercare Medical Care Centre, with a dedicated focus on doctor-led, structured wound care through our Advanced Wound Care Centre.
